Recordings sync to your encrypted Contented workspace and are stored on AWS servers in Sydney, Australia. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is strictly controlled and audited. Contented is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant and meets enterprise-grade security standards.

They're automatically deleted from the device once the recording has been successfully uploaded to your encrypted workspace. Audio never sits on personal devices longer than necessary, which matters for organisations with BYOD policies.

Yes. Contented supports user-configured retention policies, so your organisation can set specific timeframes for how long conversation data is held (for example, automatically deleting all recordings older than 90 days).

Yes, on team plans. We build custom templates that match your organisation's existing formats, branding and terminology. Every document Contented produces is then consistent with what your team already uses, regardless of who created it.
