Yes. Contented use encryption for all data storage and transmission. Your recordings are stored on secure AWS servers in the United States and in Australia.
Only you can access your personal recordings you upload, or record and process using the Contented app. The Palm Springs AI Expo session recordings are available to all registered attendees, but your own uploaded content remains completely private.
No. Your conversations and the outputs you create are never used to train AI models.
You have access for two weeks post-event. After that, your account and all associated data is moved to our Contented free-trial workspace where you can delete your account, export your data, or trial Contented for free.
Yes. You have full control to delete any recording or output from your workspace at any time.
The app uses the same encryption standards as our web platform. Recordings are safely transferred to our servers, and never stored on your device, so if you lose your phone, no one can access your private conversations.
You're responsible for obtaining consent before recording conversations. All Electrify sessions are recorded with speaker consent. For your own recordings, always ask permission first.
No. Our support team can only access your workspace if you explicitly grant permission for troubleshooting.
Terms of Service
Palm Springs AI & Creativity Expo attendees are being granted complimentary access to the Palm Springs AI Expo Contented workspace for a period of 2 weeks following the conclusion of the expo, ending Monday, July 7th at 5PM PDT.
This trial access includes full functionality to process session recordings and personal conversations captured during and immediately after the event. This is a no-obligation trial period.
Attendees may explore all features without any requirement to purchase or subscribe to continued service. At the end of the trial period, users will be presented with subscription options to continue using Contented's services, but there is no obligation to do so. They will also be able to export their data and delete their account at any time during the trial and after the trial ends.
All content and insights generated by the attendee belong to the user. Users will have the opportunity to export their data before the trial period expires.
After the trial period expires, account data will be retained for 30 days to allow for subscription conversion, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a subscription is activated. Users will receive advance notice before the trial period expires to ensure adequate time for data export if desired.
Users agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: generating harmful, illegal, or malicious content; violating intellectual property rights; or attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the platform's security.
