Simply record your conversation with the Contented mobile app. The moment it wraps, you can produce and share a follow-up email, action items or a summary in the app, before you've even left the room.

Within the mobile app you can now generate:

• A follow-up email - you look incredibly efficient while actually being incredibly efficient.
• Action items - quickly pull out the to-do list and send it on so the wider team can get stuck in straight away.
• A meeting summary - create a quick overview of the conversation for your records and anyone who couldn't be there.

How it works.

Record your conversation as you normally would in the Contented mobile app. Once uploaded, tap the three dots next to it and choose "create insights". Choose from a summary, action items, email or musing. Contented builds it from your conversation. Save it to your device or share it directly.

Make sure you're on the latest version of the app to access this new feature. It's only available for team plans.

Go deeper when you're ready.

Quick outputs on the app are built for on-the-go speed, but you've still got access to the full suite of Contented documents and insights for every recording. All app recordings sync automatically and securely to your Contented workspace, where you can use our 50+ expertly designed templates to produce polished documents or dig deeper into a conversation.
