How to organise and share conversations in Contented.

For those who like to keep their side of the street clean, we have excellent features for organising, sharing and collaborating on conversations.
Organise your recordings with projects
You can group conversations into projects by theme, team, or however you like, in your Contented workspace.
To create a new project:
- Go to your conversation library and click the 'New projects' button.
- Choose a name for your project and click 'Create'.
- Projects live under 'Conversation library' on the left of your workspace.
To add a conversation into a project:
- Find the conversation you want to add and click the three dots (...) to the right of it.
- Select 'Add to project'.
- Your conversation will now live in both the conversation library (the recording's "home"), and the project.
Managing permissions and sharing
You can give teammates view only and full access to your recordings to edit, manage, and collaborate with ease. There are two options:
- View only access (default): Recipients can view the recording and create outputs, but cannot edit the transcript or download files.
- Full access: Recipients can edit transcripts and label speakers, download audio and transcript files, generate insights, and combine recordings. Nearly all the same permissions as the original owner.
