The "co-worker" (not co-pilot) helping this agency deliver.

Not a tool, an 'active participant' in the team.
Digital Influence is a 20-person agency in Christchurch, working with retail, beauty, trades, and hospitality clients to grow their businesses through visibility and leads. The team spans social media, content, SEO, videography, graphic design, and advertising. Their work is fast, client-facing, and built on productive conversations.
When Digital Marketing Account Coordinator Isabella Drew joined Digital Influence, Contented was already part of the workflow, and the difference was immediate. It's not a tool, it's an active participant in the team's work, handling the administrative load of meetings so they can stay focused and present.
"It's like having an extra co-worker in the background who’s doing all your meeting notes and follow-up, so you can focus on other things," Isabella says. "It removes so many steps we needed to take. It does it all for us."
Recordings go straight into Contented after every session. Meeting notes and action points are ready to go the same day and mean any colleague who wasn't in the room can pick up an item and understand exactly where it came from. The team has custom templates, built with Contented, so outputs reflect their exact needs, not generic summaries.
"We use it for quite literally every meeting we’ve got: every external meeting, every internal meeting. The detailed summary gets shared across the whole team, so everyone knows exactly what was said, when it was said, and who was there."
With the friction of frantic note-taking removed, the team is more present, and meetings feel more like conversations.
"Our clients really value all the details that we capture. It could be something mentioned briefly, and we've still got it."

What does it mean for the organisation?
Contented is used across every meeting at Digital Influence, with detailed summaries and action points shared team-wide. Everyone stays aligned on what was said, what was agreed, and what needs to happen next, which matters in an agency where multiple people may be working with the same client. Contented has also formed institutional memory: workshops and client walkthroughs are recorded and kept, so knowledge can be re-used and referred to in the future.
What does it mean for the client?
When no one's scrambling to write things down, conversations flow naturally and clients tend to open up more. Little details like a shoot date, a seasonal campaign idea mentioned in passing, a reminder re an upcoming event, all get captured.
What does it mean for the individual?
For Isabella, Contented is building her confidence as a leader running her own meetings. She uses the "Make your own" tool to ask what she could have done better, and what she should have followed up on, turning every recording into a coaching session for herself.
"For my personal and professional development, it's really helpful getting that ball rolling in my mind."
Contented is used to review other team members' performance in meetings, to share how they can improve and what could have been asked.
