What is a musing template?
A musing is what happens when you think out loud. It's the half-formed strategy you work through in the car, the three things rattling around your head on a walk between meetings, or the post-board-meeting debrief you have with yourself before talking to anyone else.
The problem is that thinking out loud doesn't produce a document. Enter, the musing template. It takes a single-speaker recording (no matter how rambling) and turns it into a structured, readable document with themes, key questions, next steps, and verbatim language preserved.
How to use a musing template

1. Record your thinking
