Create a participant profile from an interview.
A structured report, with quotes, from your recorded interview, 1:1 or research session.
What is a participant profile template?
A participant profile is a structured summary of a person based on a conversation with them. It captures who they are, what they do, what they're good at, and where they struggle, in their own words.
The most revealing things people say tend to come out half way through a tangent, and by the time you've finished the conversation you can only half-remember the phrasing. Contented keeps the verbatim language intact, so the profile reflects how someone thinks, not just your paraphrasing from your notes.

FAQs
Yes, on team plans. We build custom templates that match your organisation's existing formats, branding and terminology. Every document Contented produces is then consistent with what your team already uses, regardless of who created it.
We encourage you to. The Contented app includes a consent reminder before you hit record. We've published a practical guide to asking for consent in a way that feels natural, not awkward. Download it here.
No. Contented only works with what’s within the recording. It applies structured templates to your transcript rather than generating text from scratch, so there's no room for fabrication. Every output traces back to a speaker or timestamp, and you review and finalise everything before it leaves your team.
